Our Process Service Division operates under the name ACE Pro Serve. We pride ourselves in offering service of process in a professional manner in a timely fashion, usually within 2 business days. Service is offered to small and large businesses, law firms, and private citizens. Our low cost service makes us the premier process service company in the area.
Our rates include 3 attempts to serve process at different times. If, for any reason, service is not accomplished in those attempts, we will notify you before proceeding. Additional fees may apply for additional attempts; however, these fees will be discussed with you prior to additional attempts. You will not be billed additional fees without your prior approval.

These rates include pick-up at your office or location within Sarasota and Manatee County. Additional fees will apply for other locations. Please call our office for these rates, or rates for service in other areas.
Email Submittal and Return
If you would like to email your process, you mail click HERE and attach the document for service. Please let us know if there are any special conditions or instructions in your email. This will allow you to keep the original in your office, if a copy can be served. Once the service is completed, an Affidavit of Service and an Invoice will be emailed back to you. This will allow you to e-file to the Clerk of Court your original process with a copy of the affidavit. You will receive a confirmation email, shortly after you submit your process, confirming receipt and the rate for your service. Hopefully this streamlines the process for our clients.
